right ive made another thread cos i got myself and ppl confused


right.

the gym wont like open i get in and all but theres nothing there except a man sayingg stuff and so i went to the contest room and she was there and i think she went to the gym so i went there and she STILL Wasnt there.

You have to continue with the game and go to other places before you can battle the gym leader.

dude, one thing i have to say abut diamond/pearl that is odd is that the wild monsters are as hard as the trainer ones. sometimes ive abandoned my low level pokemon so i can catch another one which is about 15 levels higher.

on topic, thats 5th leader, go other places....

also, if you havent done it yet, i think on the way to veilstone from pastoria, there is three people and there is a girl who gives you something that you can use to get rid of the psyducks blocking the way to celestic town.

ok. heres what to do:
go to the hotel and go north /\ (to valor lakefront) you'll see a girl who will give you the secret potion.
then go to solacion town and head north until you see a load of phyducks, then use the secret potion on them. they will then move.
then go north to celestic town.
then go back to the fifth gym.
then win.

erm wheres the valor lakefrount?

on the town map there is 3 spots where you can see a small puddle

one is near your first town, one near the snow town in the north

and valor lakefront which is the one you want

you will return to them later in the game after you have done this.
