these values are usualy well overated i have know sites to be worklike £2000 when they been open just 10 mins and had only about 5 hits lol the best way to get it valued is for habbox to get a domains expert to moniter the site for the day

Values by dnscoop are inaccurate as they don't look about all the factors of the site etc , if you were to sell a forum the buyer would be looking at members, posts , general community and revenue.

This isn't always accurate and you have to remember this is just based on the domain name so Microsoft is worth more as a company that Myspace but the Myspace domain may be worth more. :)
