I've been getting a little unfit recently.. i used to be really muscuularr and so on.. I was just wondering what's the quickest way to get buff?

I'm quite buff, I wouldn't say big mad muscly *******... I wouldn't want to to be honest...
I ride my bike 2 miles up a hill, to the baths and go swimming for an hour or so, then ride 2 miles home...
And I do that every morning, make sure you eat healthy, lots of fruit and water, don't forget your meats / fish / dairy products and fats and sugars there essential
I dno, if you use ur head you might know.
Its called "Exercise and Diet"
Its when you run and eat healthier o.O;)

Do it when summer is over, enjoy the rest of it ;) Possibly join a gym or something, and cut out the junk food and eat something like fruit as an alternative to it. Remember it won't be an immidiate change though, it will be a gradual change.

well, i'm doing that now because you know my thighs are getting big.
ever since i stopped playing sports.
so, i'm cutting back on calories & exercising.
except today, it didn't work out.
i had mcdonalds.
lol.
but, i have to have some motivation.
but, umm... i'm cutting back on calories.
i'm writing down everything i eat & having 1000 calories a day.
i used to eat chicken alfredo by stouffers but realized HALF A PACK is over 700 calories.
woo.
then that's just lunch.
imagine breakfast & dinner too.
& dinner is sometimes something jamaican & that's fattening.
