It used to mention stuff about enter your billboard here but now its gone to 'Join eric for a bit'.

When they update, lots of room descriptions go back to default, ie. the Welcome Lounge removes the 'friendly Habbo X's' from it's description, the Safety Spa goes to "Just an illusion..." and the Gallery Cafe goes to "Join Eric for a bite to eat" (because it used to be called Eric's Eaterie.
