WarHawk - Is it built off of WarRock

For those of you who have are PS3 fans, they are relecing a game called WarHawk for the PS3. I think they built it from WarRock but im not sure.. Does anyone else know if they based it/built it from warrock?

I doubt it cause the PS3 version is a remake of the original PS1 version, So the new warhawk got most of its ideas from its PS1 game.
