Theres a great diet that i found..
ok thts a lie, its not great.. its simple

basically.. this is what i did..

1: Switched snacks for fruits.
Reason: Instead of overloading with fat, instead you get the vital nutrients your body needs.
Effects: Less saturated fats taken in and metabolism increases

2: Ate same dinners, just less of it and take longer to eat
Reason: Taking in less calories
Effect: If you eat fast, you will be eating loads at once, and it takes ime for food signals to reach your stomach and then brain to tell the brain your full up. Slowing down will means you will have to eat less to be full up if you take longer to eat it.


Advice: Find your favourite fruit (not strawberries / raspberries because of the overload of fructose [Natural Sugars]) and eat them instead of crisps.
Then start to reduce the amount of food on your plate :)

or just exercise, eat all the **** you want and stay skinny like me.

yer but most people either find it hard to start excersising or hard to keep doing it

but yes i do agree tht is the best way :D

i've started doing that actually without even meaning to

when i go into the kitchen i just find myself grabbing fruit

and im like eh christ. but it is a gooood idea.

i just eat what i want within reason. don't put on weight.

i just eat what i want to, jump about, dance and have a **** daily and stay slim:)
