Need a simple layout coded.

Ive sliced it, but it might help if you can as i didnt do it very well as i have half a broken screen on my laptop :l

btw the layout is really simple, all i need is 2 iframes. 1 on the green bar to the left (nav) and a box in the middle which is the main content
