Donkey Kong’s pal has finally joined the battle! Unfortunately, screenshots fail to truly capture the way he moves.
He scrambles around the battle, using whimsical fighting moves while wielding both his Rocketbarrel Boost and Peanut Pop Gun!

Yep Seeing as Sonic and Mario are in Mario & Sonic at the olympic games, Im 99% sure that Sonic will be in Brawl.
Btw look at the bottom pics, the last one has an animal crossing stage :O

I hope they have another stage like Pokefloats. That one was fun. :P

The only thing I'm disappointed about in SSBB is the moves. Looking at Links moves, they're all basically the same as the ones in Melee. I hope it's not the same for every old character.

He had Boomerang and Clawshot in Melee aswell though. They could have put the Ball & Chain instead of the Boomerang or something.

As for Cell Shaded Link, I prefer Link from TP better. So I'm happy they didn't change it to Cell Shaded Link. :P I don't think they'll put two Links in it tbh.

supposidly all 3rd party characters will be unlockables so on the site i doubt they will show unlockable character profiles thus why snake hasnt got one but they may start showing more details after it is released in japan.
anyway my sig shows the best character for brawl :D

all the comfirmed characters (besides diddy kong) note samus and ZSS are one character, and ZSS is only available once you have used Samus's final smash

Also i cant find source for this but nintendo said they were only wanting about 3 third party characters so if sonic is in brawl it is unlikly for a second sonic character to be in brawl but not impossible i would say 2 at the maxium of the same third party characters but this did not say anything about a limit on 3rd party AT's or items so you may get some knuckles or tails AT and a few solid snake items (keep in mind sonic may not be in the game but was the top most voted 3rd aprty character to be in brawl on a jp nintendo site)


btw if you dont know this go on http://www.smashbros.com/en_uk/index.html monday-fridays for the newest SSBB update(s) of music character profiles adventure mode AT's pokemon stages etc. it is hard to guess what the update each day will be but it is worth it if you are really dying for info for the game (check 7-9am at earliest)

Sonic is in everything, Sega sold themselves out so much... probably will be in this. I hope they add more MGS characters too... this is going to be a big game, so a huge variety of characters would be good. I can't really think of anyone else to put in it...

Id they are about to release the game and then post on their website WARNING CHALLENGER APPROACHING and we see it's Sonic hundreds of thousands will be dieing to get their hands on that game..

NO, If Sonic was in the game they wouldn't have told us about it already. Nintendo are well known for keeping secrets and they do it very well. They keep the best for last.

For some reason, Diddy has a weapon made of wood. Is that jungle technology?

It’s a peanut shooter!
This is Diddy’s projectile weapon. You can boost the speed of your shots by holding down the button...
But if you hold it down too long, the gun explodes, so be careful.
Also, if the shell breaks and a peanut pops out, you can apparently eat the peanut.you eat it. You recover a little damage when eat it.Is this for real?

Up Special Move: Rocketbarrel Boost
It’s a double-barrelled jet engine!
If you charge this up before using it, your jump power increases. And if you tilt the Control Stick left or right while charging it up...
...you can even curve your flight path!
If you get attacked while riding your Rocketbarrel Boost, you’ll lose your barrels...and they can sometimes go flying away on their own.
