www.imageshack.us click browse, find ur image file, wait for it, then scroll and copy and paste the code in the box marked "hotlink forums 1" or summet.

Wait for it to load
go down to diret image.
Copy the link and press the 2nd lase icon, put the link into that and click ok and the image should show up.
