Free valid XHTML/CSS coding

I will code 1-3 layouts for your website. I will do it for free of charge, as long as:

Not Habbo / Runescape design
Must have a website that you are going to put it on within 3 days of me finishing
You must own the template/site your going to put it onIf you have the PSD, if you want to speed things up sending that to me would be great.

there is no chance you could make a layout a swell is there it would go to a good cause a school radio we ahve no funding to buy anything and 1 thing we need is a nice layout the site is called TAFM

like i say no funding we have hosting it is free but hey and we ahve a free domain for the muinete tafm.uni.cc

the school website is www.thomasadams.net (http://www.thomasadams.net) that is the digi brain but just click main site in the links to see the main site.

we are hopefully gonna try to get some sponsers from local buissness from the area.

By the way if u do create they layout and u have any radio adds u wanna put out then just send them me i would happy to play them the radio is onlne for the upstairs so we need a space for a playyer and the 1 downstairs is through a loudspeaker that broadcasts to about 600 ppl at once but the school has 1000 + people so it could be more
