The credits line. It says the cost is £3 and they make it £5! I got into serious trouble for this, they also said I made multiple calls when I only made ones which I could afford, which was about 5 and they go ahead for some odd reason and triple them cause my parents having to pay £90!
Habbo are con artists themselves, even though they complain about scammers. The only real scammers on habbo are the owners themselves! :@ :@ :@ :@ :@ :@
Thank you habbo, for making kids pay their money to buy your stupid credits which are over charged.

Contact Habbo, and tell them about the credits.
They might need prove of receipt or transactions and then they shall remove charge for you.

Habbo charged me £42 for one call for 10 credits :I

Customer service and satisfaction is the last thing on sulakes mind, I have recently encountered a problem 23 of my petals suddenly dissapearing. Sometimes I also feel that the true scammer in the game is sulake, but this opinion of mine is mostly based on the fact that there is NO customer service department and most of sulakes staff are Non paid volunteer workers which makes it hard to get help of any kind. I suggest attempting to call the sulake Uk office and if your concerns arent adressed after a certain period of time, taking them to court would seem like the only other option.

Ok. You sound like you are in a dilemma.
Firstly, it's sue. Not sew.
Secondly, you can win against Habbo, because they are basically taking your money. Also, they can be charged with offences such as theft of money, and stuff like that. It's quite complicated, as there are many sides to it.

Wow, that seems a bit unfair, sometime Sulake can appear the scammers on the scene, they have more power than ANY scammer!

Im actually confident that Habbo hotel could be sued quite easily, there are many users who would sign on for a class action lawsuit against sulake. The initial habbo hotel was founded by a private independent company and then aquired by Sulake. They are probably not as well protected legally as alot of other major corporations. Sulake isnt that big of a corporation, and im sure they wouldnt be prepared for alot of the allegations that are made against them. When enough people start to point the finger, soon everyones head will turn in that direction ;)

Yer scammers.I feel like sometimes buying credits is abit stupid.Just cause habbo is run by adults that lie money doesn;t mean we should have to pay.They could atleast make it 1p per 1 credit.

And to people who say paying for credits keeps habbo open think!!!!When habbo closes sulake get millions.We are left with nothing.Thats one thing that is good about coke.When coke closes we don't really lose anything.

Probably because Coke music I believe is owned and operated by the coca-cola corporation and they would understand the legal matters that could arise from charging people for leases on virtual non existent items that can dissapear from a server glitch. Apparently there has been word spreading that the habbo rollers caused a server crash and that could be a reason for people having lost items of furni in the last 2 weeks. Habbo never takes responsibility for errors that they knowlingly hide from the public that make items dissapear.

Yea, but then again some people may be bright enogh to read the legal agreement and notice, that habbo hotel DO not have ansy responciblty for your funi, its your responcility to look after, and if your banned, you loose the furni, full stop, same if it closes "/
And any attempted law sute would be easly crushed and u possibly sued for damages

They won't lose for a faulty line, nothing to do with them. They cant be done for theft of money because you are buying them, they're not forcing neither are they taking it off you.

Hey, can someone explain something to me, I don't understand how Habbo Hotel would charge you like 40 pounds for 10 credits, its CRAZY. Its like a glitch or something... :S

Wow, dunno how that happened. The values aren't correct though, as I live in Ireland and when I ring the credits line up, it's supposed to cost 1.60. It costs 1.88.

If you pay attention to the bad grammar and spelling errors in your post you shouldnt be classifying yourself as brighter than anyone for reading a legal agreement. On top of that, your failing to understand that the responsibility is of the user and of Sulake, they are like a bank, we give them money for our furniture and we are to keep our passwords to ourselves and avoid being keylogged. They have responsibility over ensuring that what we pay for remains with us as long as we arent the ones responsible for it being removed from our account or being banned for misconduct. You obviously are siding with sulake on the matter because you havent been in the same situation as others. And what basis are you using to state that a lawsuit would be "crushed"?. Furthermore a party couldnt be sued for damages when taking a corporation to court based on evidence of their mishandling of customer complaints. Maybe if you decide to put in the same amount of work investigating prior incidents and complaints you would further see the misconduct and handling of customer service. Just because they stated that the furni is your responsibility doesnt mean it removes them from any responsibility on their part. And to answer your question Mentor of why he is still on habbo, how about you use your common sense and understand that he paid for these items why would he leave now???? especially considering the fact that they overcharged him. You then claim it is his negligence in understanding how to use a phone.... Do you work for sulake or something? This forum is here to help people not to target and question their claims.

Furni is void of any value in the real world, its compleaty inexchnagable, so how this is like i bank i dont know.
You pay moeny, and u get pixlated furniture to use in a vertal game for it, once you payed, its gone, there techniclay not even obligated to give you the furni when you do pay. BUT if they didnt no one would buy it and the company would go bankrupt.
Your making the point habbo didnt give him furni, then saying hes not leaving becuse he has funi?
Would you please point out how saying habbo scams people, and steals there money is helping otehr members by the way?
Yeah.. you can't sue Habbo for thigns like that. It says in the Terms and Conditions they are not responsible for technical credit glitches (you being charged more than you should could count as a technical glitch).

I spent about $200 pounds on Lilchloedarlin and BabeMia, whether it was On My Mobile, or the phone or splashtastic.
I had lots of furni
so much i didnt know what to do with it
I knew 8 hobbas all who i dearly loved as a friend
But then, I got hacked, Yet again, I was so upset, i sent about 60 messesages to habbo and they havnt evan replied back
My dads phone bill was 67 pounds, and he barred the number, I have had 4 habbos, 3 of them hacked, all equally rich as ever, if i combined them id probably be as rich as budy, like i sed 3 of them hacked, no refund :(

Duh LaurieLou sewed Sulake and lost. I thought she would win Habbo Hotel is disgusting. LaurieLou was the best.
