If you steal Habbox's site, change it a bit, post at bottom "original design from Habbox.com"

It's better than just plain ripping...

Actually as far as im aware you dont need to credit Habbox if you rip the layout :)
Its from MamboTeam so u leave their copyright on it or remove the copyright if you have their permission

Fansites are so un original these days.

Everyone uses the same things and a lot of the small fansites just steal content from other sites.

2/10 for lack of originality and not crediting sites
