its no good asking what the best d scim is if you dont state what you are going to be using it for....

assuming you are going to be pk'ing, id suggest d scim & dds. which you need to complete monkey madness and lost city respectively.

another good weapon is the halberd, which you need to have done underground pass and recigide to wield. its good for training strength, the spec is good, only let down is that its a bit slow.

Its a lot slow. There are far better ways to train strength than hallying, d scim on monkies at ape atoll and recharging prayer at altar is a good way to train without expending food.

I would say anything but the d mace or d long. Theyre both pretty useless compared to the scimmy.
