For the time being, i am doing FREE Jewelery & bolt enchanting
I can only do upto level 5 enchantments, which is anything upto dragonstone jewelery and dragonstone bolts
it is completely optional as to whether you supply the runes or not, all you need to supply is the jewelery that you need enchanting :)
where possible i will offer to trade enchanted for non-enchanted
