Something about watching that match made me think Spurs really wanted to win it. But they didn't win, and I was starting to think it was a possibility. The goal was deflected, but cleanly struck. Nani is an interesting prospect to say the least.

it wernt a pen, it hit his chest and the replay on motd showed that.

Well, replay showed inconclusive, neither parties can decide if it was or wasnt. If you wanted Utd to win, you'll think it hit his chest. If you wanted Spurs to win, well then, it his arm didn't it?
Either way, barbatov's strike merited a goal simply for the take down he did, sheer-class.

manchester are so bad atm they might aswell kiss the title goodbye
they got extrememly lucky with the 2 penalty appeals they've gotta pick themselves up..
as for the goal it was a brilliant striker but took a deflection off of tevez

Yer i thought that after actually seeing replay... I commented on what apparently was 2 or 3 appeals which andy gray thought was " definate mistakes by the referee "
Guess i should never trust that old **** XD

Although Tottenham should have won, that goal deserved to win any game
