If it stopped for 7 minutes, wouldn't you be dead since the brain cant be without oxygen for less than half of that?

Agreed. If it did happen he wouldn't be on Habbox forum because he would be in the hospital either brain dead or with severe brain damage.

i am sorry if you really do have this but personnaly i think this is rubbish 7 mins you would either be dead or have brain dammage and as well they dont let you out of hospital that quick for something like that

luke-p
27-08-2007, 02:48 PM
If your heart stopped you wouldn't be let out of hospital... I know this, because last year my dad had a heart attack... And he was transferred to a specialist hospital and wasn't let out, and I'm sure after a heart attack your stuck in intensive care for 24 hours...

While your at any hospital they will run some tests to try to determine the cause, then they will transfer you to the specialist hospital with all the specialist equipment so they can find out what is wrong with you if they see the need to... So don't post your bull **** when actual people have suffered or known someone that has suffered this type of stuff...

Sounds like a load of **** to me :|

1 minute: brain cells begin to die, but survival is possible (likely)

3 minutes: serious brain damage likely

10 minutes: many brain cells have died, patient unlikely to recover

15 minutes: recovery virtually impossible

you would be dead now if ur heart stopped for 7 mins nd if u did some how survive u wouldn't be on habboxforum...........

If your heart stopped yesterday, you would still be in hospital... Probably still intensive care depending on your condition.

Well as most people said it probaly didnt stop, i just said what i was told, also i only got out today and i am back in tomorrow, so they are letting me go home for 1 night, isnt much.

Also i hope they do find out and can sort it, cus its really ****** up my life.

They wouldent let you go atall if there was a problem with your heart or anything, they would monitor you for 24 hours at least... To make sure you don't bloody die.

Oh plus have you ever had anything as serious as this if this is real...? Related or not?

*** *** have i made this up, most people on here know about my heart problems and if you dont belive me ask people like Pikachu (however he anoying he is still gd m8) and yoshi who known me since i had the very first one. also i am permanilty connected up to a heart montiror but every 9 hours i have to change the 12 stickys things that it connects to.

Why the hell would i make sumin like this up? Do you know how much this has ***** my life up.

Also the reason they let me go after about 18 hours becuase it has happened 4 other times, i have all equiment at home (heart monior and stuff) and i also have a nurse that comes round each day. Plus i gotta go hospital tomorrow in london.

Just because It happened 4 other times, doesn't mean they don't follow standard procedure and monitor you for 24 hours... And so what if it happened, if it really happened 4 times before... something could have been different.

I love heart monitors!!!
When I was in hospital, I had these infusions that need you to be in high dependency, and I had the sticky things, and one was a heart monitor, the other was a breathing one, and the other was blood pressure I think. I loved the breathing one.

I love them too.
When I tried to laugh, the breathing one went all funny, and I was like, 'omg, now I'm obsessed with this', and I stopped breathing(like where you hold your breath), and it went like nothing, then I took deep breathes, and it went up and down.
So weird I am.

Anyway.
If this isn't a lie, I hope you get well soon.
If it is, well, erm, your sick.

I don't believe you. The dentist put me to sleep last Tuesday to get my wisdom teath out and I don't remember walking to the car, the drive home or going to bed. I woke up at around 4, and the surgery was at 7:45. That was just for my wisdom teath.

No, thats just pathetic.

Then your being quite pathetic...

If I can remember correctly...
My dad had a double bypass, which I ain't sure but I think its less complicated than repairing a hole in the heart...

He was sedated for at least till the next day...

The next day or 2 he was in pain and cant remember a thing... Even me being there

The day after he was moved out of post op critical care, into a ward, then was out a day before my birthday...

So I think that's at least a week, the 3 days... he defonetly could not have walked to a garden and use his laptop...

So... I recommend you go see a psychologist, not a cardiologist...

And your 'hoping' for a sheet, don't hope >.< ASK FOR ONE... You can even get your MRI Scan photos if you ask for them...
