No, Normally when something has a date on it, it means it wil be done again, in the case of badges, like when ppl got the 2007 sticker for their homes and the badge...

I think everyone should do what that other resort is doing,No way has any of them got 80+ staff they should give it to every resort manager and assistant realy.
But i doubt anyone will do it they may say they will but if Pixel Land wins im going to get Rob to do that

From what I can think of, they'll record all VALID votes, and create averages based on how many Habbos voted, and how many numbers were used. :] They'll get the mean number of all the votes really, and determine the winner. Personally, I bring down everyones mean number because I didn't vote anyone 10. Nobodys perfect.
