20 Pures: A few times (I also did it myself to the hxf member starkeh)
17 Pures: Not seen once.

Full holly wall is a very wanted item (items), so people need to pay more then the other. And many people doesnt sell their walls, so they are hard to get.

1 Pure: Many times.

Again its hard to find full walls at a decent price, so people buy them for 1 pure per 5, so its cheaper (16 pures)

0.33: Ive seen them go 3 for a pure a few times.
0.25: Seen once.

The Love sofa aint what I would call a nice furni/rare. Its not any wanted, and when theyre used its mostly in a church theme / wedding.
