I think Habbox has made the price too low for the throne sofa becasue you can never get one for 1hc people now sell thm forr around 1.3 to 2.0hc

Their has been a massive drop in almost all rares.
Habbox does not know what has caused this drop but we do not fix values to what we want them to be, it is decided on what our rvr's see in and around the hotel.

i have bought quite a few for 1hc ea :)

The reason why they are going for more NOW than a few days ago is because; You couldn't get 1.5 CS for them before Habbox updated, yet people were still trying to get 1.5 CS, a few sold for 1 CS which brought the price down, now everyone is buying them because they are the new cheap sofa and that has pushed prices up again, expect it to die soon though.
