I have a friend who has problem always trying to connect to Habbo. And always having this error. Sometimes it work. Sometimes it won't. How can she go about fixing this?

Well, I don't think anyone on Habbox knows what that error code means (I may be wrong.) So the only thing I can think of is probably using the Help Tool.

It means your connections has something wrong with it, your virus/security software is blocking the game, or you need to empty your temp internet files.

Try deleting your temp files and clearing shockwaves cache.

You only need to delete temp files

On IE7- Tools > delete browsing history > delete all
On IE6- Tools > Internet options > History > Delete temp files

Err after cleaing up, my friend still gets this error often. And she is left with no options. Any chance to help?

I think it's a connection at her end, such as her internet connection, but this can often be caused by Habbo and not always you.

It used to happen a lot when you got kicked in rooms.

1002 is NOT a connection error I believe.

It happens in rooms when an incorrect packet is sent, etc.

But the problem is whenever she logins, as soon as the hotel view loads, she got that.
