Small Pains

Like behind my left rib cage right at the bottom sort of inline with my belly button but right near the side i keep getting these small pains, they just like little sharp pains and i get them like when i laugh or like jerk my body round and stuff, sometimes they just come for like no reason. Anyone got any idea what they are/how to get rid of them?

I get them I'm not sure what they are but all you have to do Is sit back or lay down and just take deep breeaths every 5 seconds then try move you body around
