Well you just explained what he asked :l

His asking us

How can he change the reputation points power to 39, and so the administrators can have 20, but HIM 39.

I think he doesn't want POINTS he want's the POWER to be high.

Admins: Rep power: 20

He changes it in the user options for the administrators, but he wants a different one for himself.

I think that's what he means, and if I understand you correctly:

Admin > Users > Type username in > Add numbers in rep box

But if I'm correct that only changes the points and not the power ;)

I dont get what you mean still..

If you wanna change all admins power to x amount go to vb options then user rep options then edit admins rep power to whatever.

If you wanna edit your rep go to users your name then change points to x and it'll alter power?

If you wanna change just your power and not points without altering groups then you cant do that as far as im aware :p

He wants 49 rep POWER. He wants other admins 20 rep POWER.

or you could make a new usergroup and move them into it

call it Sub Admins, i wouldnt move your user around as you could get locked out, try moving all them into another usergroup and change that Rep there.

You need to edit the permissions for the sub admins usergroup though.

Hope i helped

Actually as long as you move yourself into another admin based usergroup you dont lose admin. :)
