Well basically we had a competition on forum skins. And the winner was site skins. Thats the best I could get it to the site. The bannerand blue is from the site.

Nice skin maybe add a border on the bottom of the banner seeing as it looks a bit weird where it meets with the blue, cba to sign up seeing as there are too many forums nowa days and most of them are dead.
