Great SITE MANAGERS - Nothing lower

Ok, well you need to read this, because this is very important.

My name is Gemma and i have worked with many sites for many years. I have worked with sites that are totally run down, eg: no djs, no listeners and i hve made them become more popular.

I do not come on my own to a site, i come with my working partner: Matt.

Matt like me, is very experience at DJing, Managing, and gettin sites up to the standard they need to be at.

The only problem that would stop you from hireing us, is our lack of knowledge on errors, and fixing sites.

Running a site in general - listeners - staff- hire fire - etc etc
I dnt know much language, i know a fair bit of html

It might just be me on my own now, not 100% sure on Matt

How can you run a website when you dont know coding?

I expect my site manager to know advanced HTML/PHP/CSS at least. :S

Ook, wel what i will do, is on the internet, you can do HTML training, php and css. So i'll learn those.. will help me in the long run.

I'll rather have a site manager who already knew the coding tbh :)

Well you should of edited it to radio Manager, if you could make it popular etc.

Site manager, people would only want if they know the ability of HTML. And those other languages

Well sites that i have previously worked on would be:
Habbohotelfm.com - DJ - quit because of management
Hffm.co.uk - DJ - was on a temp break due to family problems - heard nothinhg from them since
HAbzfm - shut down

Atm i am working for habbotised.net - it is a desent site but i am having alot of disagreements with a member of management at this moment in time.

When i am working to my full potential and my 'colleegues' do not hold restrictions - ie, normal DJ Panel instead of admin - when i am needed to add, delete, sack, hire fire, trial .... etc dj.. its not good.

On this site atm, its being held back by owners which is why i am searching for a new place.

I like to work on sites that are new/run down because i can feel that i have helped run them to their full potential

So you've never ran a site. When i say a site i dont mean Radio Managment :rolleyes:

But basically, i am wanting to help you, build up a site. If i was employed i would like to be able to hire/fire/trial etc without permision

Have admin on DJ Panel/News/forum etc

GEnerally be able to be in charge of DJs

I wouldnt be able to sort out errors, or code etc because i don't know much about that. I intend to learn that within the next year +

If you are having trouble with management constantly, then you are not a good DJ and don't accept their rules.

No its not that. The management on habbohotelfm.com think tht they can get through to staff by constantly shouting at their staff and big convies 24/7 crashing up

and the staff on habbotised hired me as owner, changed me to manager and now only given me a normal dj panel.

How am i meant to do my job there if they are constantly changing my posistion, and not giving me the correct tools for my job.. - eg admin

You dont need admin tbh, look at Habbox their managment dont have Admin on HabboxForum, they might not even have full admin on the Radio Panel only certain access. I unno.

Gemma, I think you'd have a better chance if you applied for staff manager. It seems that that is what you want to do, manage staff. People probably wouldn't question your coding ability, which it seems is non-existant and is necessary for Site Mananger;).
Good luck finding a job.
