People who make error photos to error others off of the hotel are so annoying, i heard from 3 people that they dont get a perm ban ...they just get an hourly ban or so...is this true? :s

No, they get a perm because it is scripting.

Nope, you don't get banned [perm]

because they cannot prove who has made the photo. All they do is give you a 24hr and confiscate the photo(s)

I have had 4 scripted photos confiscated and got four 24hrs for them. it's not that bad really. :\
