Guys,Smoking Is Really Dumb,Don;t Do It! I Started At 18.I Gave Up For One Year Then When Ma Mam Died I Began Again,I Tried Everying Ime 24 Now,And Don;t Know What To Do.
Ive Tried It All,And Ma Gf Don;t Like It Either,Ive Tried Gum,Patches And Whenever I Give Up I Feel Mental And Week,Please Advice Me

never had the problem, as ive nevr started, but id siuggest just stoping, its not immposible, most people in my family whos stoped, just stoped outright via will power, and this inculdes someones who has been doing it over 50 years, and quite hevily.

I've tried smoking, but I didnt start, becaue I did not want to get addicted. I would ring the smoking helpline thingy
