Drop List for my Habbo Fansite!

Hi,

Can someone possibly tell me the HTML for a drop down list for my Habbo Fansite-This is what I mean-

Such as the only word you see is Forum and then you click on ti and out comes hyperlinks such as Register and rules-Can someone please help me as this would look great on my habbo fansite!!!!!!!!!! :)
