Search system doesnt wok [vBulletin]

The search system doesnt work properly on my vBulletin - www.rapidlinks.co.uk

If I search "Haryy Potter" - it comes up with no results. There are like 20 threads with the title "harry potter"

Theirs quite alot of faulys atm,I can't ban people with certain normal names,like :job2 :P
