depressed for the last few days...

so for the last few days i've been prietty depressed for the last few days

i have no idea why i am so depressed? maybe i am want a girl :- not sure i just started full time work? might be it..

i'm not sure what is wrong wiht me.

I fill like my life is about to end..

There's a difference between feeling a bit down and being depressed so i probably wouldn't call it that.

attualy, in my new house i eat 100% healthy..

i do get 8hours of sleep aday.

I wouldn't say you're depressed you're just feeling a bit low and sorry for yourself, which is perfectly ok, everyone feels like that once in a while, so I am sure you will be fine soon enough but if you are feeling like this for quite a while (months) it would be best to go see your GP.

Go out with a group of friends, will cheer you up and hopefully get you out of the sadness rut =)

Has anything recently happend which may of triggerd this, as you've said you've moved out, I'm not sure of your age, nor wanting to know it to be frank, if you've moved away from your parents you may be home-sick, it may sound stupid but it is true. Also the stress of a full-time job can also lead to depresstion.
