you cant sue them they will claim it was lost in post etc. so its not there fault so its a waste of time but write a letter of complaintand expect some vouchers etc. instead of a reply to you sueing them saying sorry but its not our fault blah de blah

Over a bag? By saying you're cancelling 'It', it tells me that you've subscribed to their magazine, therefore the bag is a freebie..and you're going to sue because it hasn't arrived? ;s;s
You get magazines to read, not to babble over some freebie bag.
as said above, they will claim it was lost in post, plus you cant sue them for that

Here what they will do..
They will send you one if you threten to sue them with appologies.
Or
They will claim it wa slost etc
And if it was a freebie you cannot sue, even if it stated a free bag when you sign up.
Unless youpaid you carnt take legal action

you can't sue them.
there's nothing to sue for.
maybe it got lost in the mail.
maybe they've had so many orders for these bags & were unable to send you some.
nintendo is a big company so yeah.
maybe you can sue but only for the amount of the bag.
but that'd be dumb.
VERY DUMB!
you can't sue them.
you have no reason to.
Nintendo doesn't make the magazine. I think Future Publishing does

DId they really promise, or just say something along the lines of 'expect the bag to arrive in July." Please quote and possibly show an image of what the letter/e-mail says, as I don't believe they said promise.

Good luck with it. If they get your letter. The person who reads it first and then he will be cracking up and have to go lay down for a rest because of your letter.
They wont care
