If you take marijuana, and as its illegal, if someone reports you to the police and they find out that youve been taking marijuana, how long in prison do you get
Like, will it be a year, 10 years or would you even go to prison, thanks

Class C drug. You only get cautioned for possesion and you own use.

It's dealing that gets you in trouble.

But they are putting it back up to a Class B drug

I guess so, But when it gets bumped up to a class B there will be a bigger punishment I guess.

If you only have a certain amount on you and you're over 16 you will get cautioned. If you're under 16, I think you get cautioned and your parents get informed.

It depends how old you are and how much you have on you. If it's more than 1 or 2 spliffs worth, then they'll treat it as dealing. As said, if you're supplying it to other people, whether it's just your mates, it's also dealing. If you're under 16/18 you'll be cautioned or warned, your parents will be informed and the drugs conviscated.
If you're caught with it multiple times, after two or three cautions they'll probably fine you. It's extremely unlikely you'll go to prison for smoking cannibis, even if you were dealing it, you'd only get 6 months anyway... well, unless you were mass producing it in a huge factory and shipping out tonnes of it every day. ;P

Nope, even if u pass it one after taking some its still dealing.

The rules are quite strange, possesion can lead to a fine and possible a prison sentance, dealing can lead to 14 years in prison. However taking it but not having possesion when cought you can only get a warning.

In the south of england, just carrying it around with you, it's useally you'll be taken to the police station, your parent/gaurdain will need to come and collect you and be breifly explained what's happend, you'll be let free. The second offence can be the same as the first, it may go to a fine or a court, the thrid time will almost always be a court hearing.

Dealing can technically be giving it to someone else even, but it's unlikely you'll get caught, seriously. People aren't likely to report you, and even big dealers don't usually get busted for a long time because police prefer to keep surveillance on them (so they know where they are/what they're doing) than to bust them and not know where the drugs are being dealt after that.

You wont go to prison, i know someone who has been caught with it twice and he is over 18 and all he has got is a warning.
