Seems a bit messed up?!

I should really be complaining but e5 -repped me with 6 rep power, I only had 3 rep removed?

when you bad rep someone it only takes half your rep amount off. so if you bad repped me it would only take 5 off. that is why only 3 got done.

When you are repped, it's only half of the rep power the person has. I think.

When you -rep someone it takes away half of what your rep power is. Well, thats what I have been told.

1 stays as 1. then 2 goes to 1. and 3 goes to 2. 4 goes to 2. etc.

Its the floor function of 1/2 the rep power.

So given R as Rep Power, and N as Negative Rep Power

N = FLOOR(0.5*R)

In other words, its always rounded down.

(The equation was just to make me feel special.)

And guy above its simple

If someone +reps you you get the amount of their power.

If someone -reps you you get half of their power in bad rep, if its a 0.5 it rounds up.. So someone with 3 power would -rep you with 2..

Nah i don't i swear, I just got alot of rep from my graphics nd random people +rep me or ive done something good, and stuff. i swear tho i dnt beg no one i get alot of -rep from stupid posts though.

The FAQ says you always only lose 1 rep point :rolleyes: needs to be changed.
