Right, as I was surfing the net a few weeks ago, I stumbled across a program, called RealDraw, in this program, you can make good graphics and transparent images, basically better than PS if your computer is very basic and can't handle PS like say you havent got many GB/MB's left, on your Hard-Drive.

In RealDraw, you slice the layout by selecting it in a Square, and it code's the HTML for you. you must import the image from File, if you need a further guide please check the download website.
