The only reason MP3s were not allowed is because my server is in the USA and there are tideous copyright laws considering music. I don't want shut down because of a copyright infringement. But I think I will risk it, because I have a "Report File!" link.

'Description' box under the uploader, which can be optional and will be displayed above your image. :) And, a video uploader - but they all get moderated. I'd sure help you with it further, speak on MSN if you wish.

Video won't be possible, would take up WAY WAY WAY too much bandwith. If it does get big, and the ads make enough money I will have enough money to pay for the server with enough bandwith xD


I have removed the support for MP3's for the same reason as above, I am going to be focusing this site on images, features.

I have now added as Mr.Sam suggested the LATEST IMAGES, the link to that can be found under the upload form
I have also now redone the share.php page.

Now on share.php we have the image resizer to resize the image, clicking on the link below the image will display it full size.

I just did that, while building this I am making it very easy to edit the site through my admin CP.

When the site loads it loads parts like this

Tried that a moment ago, slowww :P as its having to pull image out of the database (because the image content is stored as a blob)

Ok the idea i just thought of.

You know you got 'latest uploads' some people may upload real pictures or pictures of themselves.

Well you should make it that you enter the website to upload for habbo or nonhabbo.

That was the idea, it sounds good but would it be like extra to make it and there will be no point at all?

Also for the skin idea, you can upload any skin you want, like on a profile but this is for the upload.

Maybe its too extra but just a idea.

kevin if this gets big you should ask mad/seirk if you can replace uploadpicz (official habbox upload site) with yours , that was the images will be hosted on the Habbox servers so it'll cost you less to run , the images are guaranteed to be up permanently (well aslong as habboxforum is around)
and you'd get more traffic :p

I had a little database problem earlier and around 9 images were removed.

This was during the integration of our automatic backup/restore system which will insure your images are safe.

The backup schedule:
Every hour on the hour.

The backups are stored on the server, sent to an email, and uploaded to a REMOTE server.

That is 3 places our backup is stored.

Added the option to make files downloadable or not.

All previous files were set to yes.

If you had a file on TehUpload that was previously added, and would like it to be set as non downloadable please use the report file form, and in the reason please put "Put as non downloadable"
