No, spots are caused by dirt and oil getting into your pores.

If you have bad spots just go to the doctors
they have great medicines that can clear up spots really well
but the sun is great at drying out spots

If creams and face washs aren't working, you should to go to your doctors about it and get some stuff. It may be embarrasing or whatever, but it'll clear them up for you.

I have very bad acne and have taken all kinds of prescribed medications that are taking a long time to work.

Yours probably isn't anywhere near as bad, but if they get out of control you should see your GP.

I'd say just get into the habit of washing plenty and.. drinking lots of water is supposed to help?

Clearasil seems to do the job for me. Though after a while of using it, they started to come back for some reason. I try alot of diffrent things. Stuff that dries your skin out which is good but then your skin can start peeling. Everyone gets them, everyone has to deal with them, they shouldent be their long.

Clearasil. Wipe your face with clearasil on cotton pads evry morning and evening.

Seriously ive been doing it for about 2 weeks and i only have around 5 spots now, on my forehead behind my fringe :D

i think creams and stuff make them worse
i never had spots but got like 3 when i started using clearasil cos my mummy bought it.
i dont get any if i just use soap and water like.

toothpaste:
cover the affected area in toothpaste then rap a bandgage around it. leave it over night then wash face with warm water in the morning.

the next time you go doctors about something, once theyve perscribed you one thing, just say ive been wondering if you have any cream for spots/acne. i suppose it will be less embarrassing if you dont go to the doctors just about your spots..

just go doctors or use a soap like clinique, I found their good for drying out your skin
& thers no need to change your diet, stop eating chocolate and drinking loads of water because it's been proven that is **.
