So I'm starting my own web design company and I'm in the middle of creating the design for the site and need a hand with a few things.

First of all what services do you think my new company should offer?
I'm thinking somthing along the lines of;


Design
XHTML & CSS Coding
PHP Programmers


I'll probely rename them to something what sounds fancy, if you've got any more ideas they would be fab!

Next thing is a name, I need somthing catchy, but not too long, but I want to get a .com, .co.uk or .net but I may get another if I really like the name and it's taken on them 3.

And last thing is you! I wont be able to do this on my own, so I'm looking for people to help me but don't worrie there will be pay.

I'm thinking I'll need the following;


1-2 Extra Designs
1 XHTML & CSS Layout Coder
2 PHP Programmers
Maybe a marketing guy (yeah, I give my staff the best titles)


Maybe more people if bussiness is good.

I'll also be designing, coding layouts, and working on the easyer php projects.

Each member of staff must work to a high level, at speed but shouldn't have to rush aswell as being devoted to the site although you may take on projects from your own clients, I'm not really going to come round to your house and stab you for it, am I?

So if you wish you join the team then please pm me with some examples of your work.

Oh, and pay, you'll be payed for the amount of work you've done on each project, as well as bonuses for completing projects a head of time.

I'm also looking for some sort of manger, who would help me set prices, and stuff like that, aswell as helping with design or coding on projects.

I'd be interested to be a designer and I wouldn't take less than 80% leaving you with a nice chunk ;).

Hmmm... I'll have to have a think, as for the 80% if I agree to it that would only be for pure design projects alone where your the only person working on it.

Where ever we can, I'll try and grab every opitunity.

What points do you think I could improve on and where would you like to see more pictures, if it's just in the content area then once the site is in use there will be more images there.
