Are people allowed to give away accounts if so Can some one give me one ( dont flame me its just that well im that good at runescape and i need a low lvl to start with :) I dont want to be lvl 3 its to hard for me to train with thanks~!

it took me 2 days to get to lvl 35 from 3 how hard is that? They were school days too.
