I don't think so. Try ebay. If theres something wrong with yours or you need another one I'm sure Sky will give you one anyway.

you have to pay £10 for a replacement sky card from sky :/
my sister lost mine, so we bought a replacement and then she goes and finds it in her room.

& i dont think you can buy one.

edit; sky do a freeview type thingy. you have to pay for it though. a one off payment.

To have a Sky box, do you have to have a satellite dish or can you just use it like a freeview box?

to have a skybox they have to install it for you. there are installation fees and stuff. go on their website and it will tell you more about it.

So I couldn't just buy a sky box and set it up myself? Surely I can?

You could buy a skybox, but the card is registered to a persons name and is in theory what you pay for monthly when you have sky.

just get freeview lol

you cant set it up yourself unless you are going to drill a hole through your wall, take it outside up the wall and somehow get a satellite. they need to install it. if have had sky previously then they really dont need to install anything as its already all connected.

I have freeview, but have noticed you can pick up more channels with a sky box. Correct?

you pick up more channels because of the frequencys and the allowance for channel on the skybox...

theres another thing someone told me about . like a cracked skybox which is completly free because they can crack into the signal for sky... and sky can't change it without updating everysingle system in every home.... sounds too good to be true but works

How can you get Sky Sports on an NTL box, do you pay subscription fees?

I'm not sure, there is a box in the wall that NTL put there when we first moved to them years ago and this box is chipped and old and plugged into the box in the wall and we get the channels, it is completely free, no fees at all.

Doesn't it need to be connected to a phone line?

Doesn't it need to be connected to a phone line? Sky does need to be but only when you first connect the card ive always unplugged mine after that and never had a problem.

for sky you ned a dish but if you dont want a 12 month contract ask aa small sky retailer/installer and they might do you a good deal ;) ive never had a dodgy sky card but if you have any empty houses near you order them a card and fish it out the lettbox you then get 6-10 weeks before its cut off (if you get caught expect to be in trouble lol) as long as its a new sky card never been registered to a box its easy to install if you know how.

If you have cable points installed then pay a one off fee for one that allows all the channels :o the cable company do have a way of cutting them off every so often though :o its like once every year in leicester so you just get the guy who i get the box off to sort it.

Freeview is ok and i think you get some channels sky dont let you get for free like e4 etc? maybe sky let you get it now but last i knew you couldnt.

They are little mice that plug in between your sky box and your phone line which you can use to view encrypt channels like pay per view **** and movies. They are very dangerous as if they are set up wrong Sky could detect them. Anyway you'd need a sky subscription. There is no way to get Sky without paying and you shouldn't try.

well, in theory a sky card de encrypts satellite signals using non-sky equipment. Sky offer a 'freesat' card, but i believe you need to buy the dish and box as well. This card will not work in a freeview box because freeview uses signals from masts while sky uses signals from satellites.
