Needing forum Administrator/Skin designer. (VB)

My forum needs another forum administrator who knows how to use the admin CP, and knows most things on their.
For skin designer, I am looking for someone who knows how to create decent skins, you would get access to most admin CP tools. (Most as in 9/10 things)
You would work as general admin and a skin designer.
