I was watching this program a few months ago... can't remember what its called... but anyway. It had some of the most disgusting things on it, including a woman who hadn't cleaned her feet in something like 12 years, and it showed you her scraping off all the dirt with a blunt knife, it was horrible, all of the skin was landing on the floor and apparently the people filming had to wear special masks as the odour from her feet smelled so bad.
And by the way, before you ask. She used to wear waterproof covers over her feet when she was going in for baths/showers.
