i think it was something to do with hatching, related to the spyro thing of its release =]
But they may of changed it, you could of got screenie of current description though so owuld be easier to figure if it has or not [=

Not sure where i could get a screenie but i can back you up. I'm pretty sure it said something about a legend, when it was released for the spyro quest as someone said before. I remember it changing a while back. Not 100% sure though.
