My grandma died.. for some reason i started thinking about it. she died last year so why am i thinking of it now? :S its making me cry so is it just grief orr am i weird? :S

I was on the bus home from school once when I started thinking about my dead brother who died when he was a baby.
It made me cry.
Still don't know why I thought about it though.

I second that. Normally when i cant get to sleep and am just lying their silent i normally think about my Grandad who past away last year. Hate thinking about it but sticks their. :(

It's normally triggered by something.
E.g. Something you did with her, you saw something that had a resemblence.

But yeah, when you are by yourself, you can go into a conscious state of mind and randomly think about 'happy' times.

ive done that about my grandad before. i didn't really understand about when he died cause i was only 6 so as i grew up it got me thinking about it then.
