Be original - don't just use features you see on other sites. Draw out a brainstorm with ideas for features - remember, innovation will bring people to the site! :D

Yeah, don't make a radio site.
Make a original idea for a fansite, if that's what it is.
Something appealing for others and that will get used alot :D
