Don't strain too hard or you'll get piles
Also how the hell can anyone not go for a lovely poop! I love a good old ****! (reading my magazine on the loo)
Don't be afraid to tell your mum about it.. Your mums not exactly gonna laugh at you or start telling everyone that when you have a crap it hurts you..
Tell her and also make sure you don't have piles. (thats ment to hurt when you have a poo)

Lmao what.. Im giving you help by saying if you push too hard cos it hurts and you want the poo out then don't do that or you'll get piles..........
The causes of hemorrhoids include genetic predisposition (weak rectal vein walls and/or valves), straining during bowel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowel) movements, and too much pressure on the rectal veins due to poor muscle tone or poor posture. Similarly, sitting for prolonged periods of time can cause hemorrhoids. Hypertension (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypertension), particularly in the portal vein (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal_vein), can also cause hemorrhoids because of the connections between the portal vein and the vena cava (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vena_cava)portocaval anastomoses (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Portocaval_anastomoses&action=edit).[3] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemorrhoids#_note-0) which occur in the rectal wall - known as
Additional factors that can influence the course of hemorrhoids (mostly by increasing rectal vein pressure), especially for those with a genetic predisposition, are obese (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obese) and have a sedentary lifestyle (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sedentary_lifestyle).
Both constipation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constipation) and chronic diarrhea (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diarrhea), which increase straining during bowel movements, may lead to hemorrhoids. Postponing bowel movements, and fiber-deprived diet both lead to constipation and thus may cause hemorrhoids.
Pregnancy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pregnancy) causes hypertension and increases strain during bowel movements, and thus hemorrhoids are often associated with pregnancy.
Excessive consumption of alcohol (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcohol) or caffeine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caffeine) can both cause hemorrhoids. Both can cause diarrhea. Alcohol can also cause alcoholic liver disease (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcoholic_liver_disease)portal hypertension (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal_hypertension). Caffeine on the other hand can cause general hypertension (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypertension).
You need to go, if not you could get bowel cancer when you're older, thats what the doctor told me.
Ask your Mom to get you a laxative; good luck.

Just go to the loo, sit down and take a dump? If you hold it in, it won't do you any good because you need to get rid of it. If you can't bring yourself to do it, talk to your mom about it and maybe get a doctors appointment, or even try some laxatives.
Also, if it hurts when you go, it could be a tear or something that happened when you did it, but I would get that checked out or talk to your mom about it incase it's serious.

I agree with the above suggestions.
Talk to your mum about it, try to get something for it, and see a doctor. If it's something serious, you would want to fix it up as soon as possible. Don't be afraid to get help. It might be quite a process for you to get better, but you should feel better afterwards. There are people here and there to support you. So go on, talk to your mum, get something for it, and see a doctor!

omg, 2 weeks
eat food with fiber & do execise or take a laxative
Frodo13.
18-09-2007, 03:39 PM
Yeah I strongly recommend taking a laxative, or the things that soften it up. And after that, try not to hold it in. Normally, you should go 1/2 time a day. What your doing is unhealthy.
Eat lots more fibre
eg wholemeal bread
whoooosh
18-09-2007, 03:45 PM
You really need to do something about that
you should go like at least once every 2 days
could make you very ill
As some one said above,Your mum isnt going to laugh at you is she.
Dont be afraid to tell her she will have you sorted in no time im sure?

Eat lots more fibre
eg wholemeal bread
very true.
if passing out in the toilet hurts, it shows that you haven't been eating enough dietary fibre. dietary fibre will withhold water in your faeces, thus making it easier to pass out through the anus. if you don't eat consume enough dietary fibre now, you might get diverticular disease/diverticulosis when you're older.
some sources of dietary fibre:
legumes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legume) (peas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pea), soybeans (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soybean), and other beans (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bean))
oats (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oat), rye (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rye), chia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chia), and barley (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barley)
some fruits (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fruit) and fruit juices (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juice) (particularly prune (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prune) juice, plums (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plum) and berries (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berry))
certain vegetables (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegetable) such as broccoli (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broccoli) and carrots (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrot)
root vegetables (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Root_vegetable) such as potatoes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potato), sweet potatoes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sweet_potato), and onions (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onions) (skins of these vegetables are sources of insoluble fiber)
psyllium (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psyllium) seed husk (a mucilage (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mucilage) soluble fiber).
whole grain (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whole_grain) foods
bran (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bran)
nuts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nut_%28fruit%29) and seeds (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seeds)
vegetables such as green beans (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_bean), cauliflower (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cauliflower), zucchini (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zucchini), and celery (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celery)
the skins of some fruits, including tomatoes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomato)Source: Wikipedia
try eating some of these foods and see how it goes. if things still don't go well, ask your mum to bring you to the doctors.

Just tell your mum you need some laxatives seriously it wont be half as embarassing as you think.

I sometimes hold it for a week or two because my brother is really horrible and will moan at shout and have a go at anyone who does a number two. That's why I hold it in. I can't be arsed [excuse the pun] with the hassle. It's not as if I can't go, I just choose not to.

Sorry to here that.
Im just wondering is it constipation.
Cause if it is try a curry or something to flush out the system.
If not take plenty of Laxatives
Markness.
18-09-2007, 07:48 PM
it'll be embarassing walking into boots asking for laxitive.
so i recommendeat loads of fibre, theres something out thees thats pure fibre and dissolves in your drink, completley tasteless, i seen it advertised on tv. Try that!
Try excreting more often as your bums most probably tightend up and needs to get use to excreting again.

OMG DON'T DO THAT!
I HEARD A STORY ON DR. PHIL & THESE BOYS DID THAT & THEN THEY COULDN'T CONTROL THEIR POO ANYMORE SO THEY LET IT OUT & COULDN'T HOLD IT TO GO POO IN THE TOILET!
for real.
they would hold it & hold it till it couldn't hold no more.
now they poo whenever.
& they stain their underwears & stuff.
no word of a lie.
i think you should stop.
it could cause serious damage.
like when people say don't hold your pee.
don't hold your poo.
they poo & can't control when they do.
they might be watching tv & start pooing without even knowing.

Another way would be to eat lots of fibre, there is those powders advertised on TV at the moment that are fibres you add into water.
Or lots of Polos & Grapes! [:

I think that YOU are just thinking about it too much. You know it hurts and you worry about it. Before you go to do your personal buisness you should try keep your mind off it, like the secand post, read a magazine while your doing what you need to do, this will keep your mind off it.

if your telling yourself you can't go, you won't go.
you need to just go to the toilet, it doesn't matter if you can't go straight away or whatever. just sit on there until you feel comfortable. if you keep it up regularly you'll eventually be able to go easily without a problem like everyone else. if you try this and you can't seem to be able to go still, i suggest going to the doctors and talking about your GP about it. why don't you want to tell your mum? its not like telling a friend that will go tell and giggle about it with his/her friends... i can tell my mum anything because thats what they're there for. they made you, she may have even gone through it before. just bring it up in a conversation when your alone together. she'll be glad you didnt keep it from her any longer, she'll feel as if you don't trust her otherwise. good luck ;)

Stand by the mirror and say to yourself "Come on. Be brave. Its time. Your growing up and becoming a big boy and you shouldn't be getting constipated like this until your an old fart."

Or stuff a hot pepper up your bum and then have a go! It will make the pain go away, and will also make a nice snack when you get hungry with the flavour of what you had for dinner yesterday combined with the hotness!
