Our new Follow a Friend feature enables user to follow a friend into a room where the friend currently is. Guest rooms can be rated manually by users by clicking Thumbs Up / Down when in a guest room. Room is also automatically awarded rating points when user spends more than one minute in a room. Users can see another Habbo's room rating by going to their room and clicking the '+' or '-' sign.



We also have a spiffy new web feature for your Habbo Group (http://www.habbo.co.uk/groups) pages - the Discussion Forum!

Next time you visit a Group page you'll notice that it now has it's own set of tabs - the existing group page is now known as "The Front Page" and hiding behind that is a shiny and new "Discussion Forum".

habbo home forum is good.
rate a room would be good if you could turn it off. if your room was in a habbo competition then you enable this feature and it saves form filling on the site. this feature will be abused as said above.
stalk a friend is the biggest pile of crap ever invented :s if you want friends in a room just ask on the console? i have removed most my list now so if your gone from it its because i dont want you finding me.

Great, just great. They've created the most pointless update since V12 (I think?), where if I do remember, they had to update it to V13 within a week or so because it was that bad. Expect V17 in the coming days, because this is by far the worst update I've seen in my time on Habbo (that's since V7...)

Anyway, lets recap on how crap these features are! The console is chunky and looks disgusting because of the new "Same room" button, now named as the stalk button as it rightfully should be. I think that's the only reason some members of HabboxForum will be going on their consoles now, to stalk staff members. I don't want to name them though, they'll get too deeply offended and will cry.

The forum feature is pointless as many people have InvisionFree forums which are of course, free & also vBulletin forums which are great. It seems they've tried to make something good, and turn it into a Habbo way of talking to people. It doesn't work one bit in my opinion, but then that's a little bit biast as I can't post in forums as Player Support think I've been validated but I really haven't, so I can't post in anyones forum. Another amazing idea by Sucklake.

Want me to start on the rating options for rooms? Oh lets. I think that is the most pointless piece of crap in the history of Habbo. That's just created another competition between Habbos to see who has the best rated room. Oh yes, another rubbish, favouritist competition which carries on throughout the rest of Habbos days. I couldn't be more excited.

Anyway, september update was by far the worst. Thank god I'm at school so I don't have to use this piece of crap constantly. K, thanks, bye.

Nobody else has mentioned that :o if your in the hallway etc does it teleport them to the correct part? whoever thought up this idea did'nt really think it through. Maybe in the future they should ask habbo's opinions on future updates before wasting their time? theres so many habbo ideas on all the fansite forums why dont they use the popular ones?

Noticed how literally ALL of the competitions are based around designing rooms nowadays? Nothing exciting. I also took a chance to log onto Habbo and check out Habbowood the other day, I remember two years ago when Callie was around Habbowood was such a big thing, and it was actually something interesting to participate in, now its design the film and win 1000 creds +*+* nothing exciting about it.

I agree with everything you said. The console is horrible now because each name has a load of extra space for no reason and when you scroll down the list by clicking the arrow, they are different sizes so you need to drag the actual bar which is annoying.

Rating rooms? Where do I start! Even if you can't rate the same room more then once, ever heard of clones?

Overall, like everyone else I hate this update. The stalk feature has wrecked many games that were once enjoyed by any people. The forum thing sounds very useless and when I bought my Jukebox, nobody said anything about it talking to me :@.

You have the power to stop Habbos following you around via the console feature... just remove them from your console. If they are truly your friend on Habbo then you wouldn't mind them following you. :)
