GonnaBe Intersting On Tursday

on tursday im gonna go conextions and go to this drop in thing to see a counseler and see if he can help lift some stress and help me figure things out and just someone to talk to about stuff id be ashamed of talkign about to others but can to that person as i can never see them again if i get to embarsed and stuff.

so like its gonna be a intersting day as its the first times ive been to see one of these counseler thingys and i think its come at a good time as im getting little bits of suicedal thoughts beacuse ive held in all emotions threw out my life and thay must be having a affect on me now.

That's good you have realised you need to talk and have responsibly managed to organise yourself an appointment and what not.
