View Full Version : a bit TOO high expectations...
Well in year 7 i chose to do spanish as my language and that was fine, then in yr 8 they made most of my class learn french aswell and we stopped doing PSHCE... and that wasnt bad enough now in year 9 everytime we have a language lesson, we have the same one straight after!
So..
Tuesday - French then spanish
Thursdays - Spanish then French
Its like... SO CONFUSING its so bloody annoying because i know some things in french but dont know them in spanish and vice versa, its so confusing.

:S
didnt confuse me..
Yes but its straight after, also my spanish teacher last year is now my french teacher... its confused loads of people in my class including me.
Spanish and French aren't that similar... like both languages have bien and masculine and feminine objects but that's about it.

Everyone has to do two languages in year 9 so you're not the only one :P.
If you don't like learning languages you don't have to choose them for your options and won't have to do them in year 10 , Its good to do atleast one modern language for a GCSE seeing as alot of jobs now require you to speak a modern language.
I do both spanish and french and I don't exactly get confused seeing they both are different and spanish is a fairly easy language.

I had German and French after each other, sometimes I'd think of stuff in German (in French) but that was only because I was better at German

I sometimes have German straight after French and it isn't that confusing, exept some guy in out class keeps speeking to the teacher in french as a laugh and it does my head in. Anyway, I don't do spanish, but it proberly would confuse me. Good luck anyway.
