'My Chemical Romance' are in a mood again...

This is an article from ultimate-guitar.com which is basically Gerard Way saying that My Chemical Romance aren't emo. BAH!
He actually criticises the whole genre of emo and all to do with it, so basically, he just lost himself a LOT of fans.

I saw them at the Download festival earlier this year, and I can see how people can assume their emo from their behaviour. I remember something along the lines of "if you ever feel like you don't belong somewhere, talk to somebody, don't keep it bottled up and hurt yourself". Moments later several bottles go flying towards the stage. :P

I agree with the both of you, with songs like theirs there is no way they can say they're not emo. I'm just happy that he's said 'emo is a pile of ____' because now their fanbase will plummit downwards and their short reign in the spotlight will dissappear. Yay!
