If its coded in expanding Tables/DIV's you could just add an Javascript expanding Iframe

You've got two core options - you can use iFrames, although these are really an old element which are going to be depreceated soon. It would be much better to use a simple AJAX DIV loader, which in some respects is easier than an iFrame.
If you want to know how, reply asking and I will get the code for you :)

Make a page. Then have an iframe in part of the page:
<IFRAME name='main' src='URL HERE' width='520' height='600' frameborder='0' scrolling='auto'>
</Iframe>
Then on the links put:
<a target='main' href='NEW URL HERE'>
When the links are clicked it will change the Iframe content :)

He knows how to put an iFrame on a page. Also, could you please post decent HTML code next time?

I'd only reccommend using AJAX if you know how to code your own Back button ;)
