One has already been sold for 2T and one for Red Birdbath (2T 2hcs)

I saw one being sold for more than this, who wasnt one of the habbowood competition winners so i think people are trying to get our chairs and make profits :P I wont say how much, because ill get flamed for trying to control the price, not that ANY site would ever DREAM of controlling rare values...
